Since the beginning of our partnership in 2022, Visavapat Company Ltd. has actively supported the BSI Initiative by leading discussions as a speaker in multiple events, including our member-only Strategic Partnership Meetings and workshops. Through this collaboration, Visavapat Company Ltd. has also implemented the BSI Framework for Action, a set of 12 actionable and practical recommendations across four key areas (infrastructure, welfare and services, access to education, access to health) that guide construction companies to greatly improve their social impact and sustainability in their projects. Together, we’re addressing critical issues impacting the lives of migrant workers and their families, promoting safer and inclusive work environments, and helping companies enhance their social sustainability strategies.

Education Access: A total of 59 children from 52 families have been enrolled in schools.

Arranging free pick-up and drop-off services at some camps, ensuring safe transportation for children where parents cannot manage or afford it themselves.
Covering costs for school uniforms and learning equipment, which are not provided by the government.
Assigning Camp Bosses to facilitate and support children’s enrollment in schools, ensuring a seamless process.
