1. LEARN

As BSI members you will be offered the possibility to attend a 3-hour training session introducing the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. You will learn how the BSI Framework supports the practical application of these principles to build a strong social sustainability strategy for your business. You will also get an introduction to the BSI Toolkit and oversight of the Training Package, including expectations and outcomes.

2. IMPLEMENT

In this phase, you will embark on a journey with the BSI Initiative. Your operational staff will receive in-depth training on using the Self-Assessment Tool, developing action plans and specific training such as preventing domestic violence and child safeguarding in camps. During this journey, a dedicated BSI Trainer will be available for advice, support and guidance. You can decide whether to pilot the Framework in one camp or several. By the end of the IMPLEMENT phase, businesses can fully integrate the Framework into their internal processes to ensure sustainability of practice.  The duration of the training depends on the specific needs of your business and your commitment.
